In order for us to provide a more bespoke service we invite all our clients to complete a Client Profile Form. This allows us to take note of personal preferences and enables us to ensure our service is tailored to each individual wherever possible.

ICD Loyalty Reward Scheme
To show our appreciation to the PAs, Secretaries or other individuals who make regular bookings with us. For every order completed, the person responsible for making the booking will be rewarded in the following way:
- Transfers 10pts
- Evening hire: 25 pts
- Day hire: 50pts
- Week hire: 500pts
Recommend a NEW customer who books and uses our services and receive a bonus of 150pts.
On a quarterly basis these credits will be converted to gift vouchers for Whitestuff, Boots, Debenhams, Marks & Spencers and Amazon.co.uk.
